What is a study flight?
A study flight is a focus session in the shape of a flight. You pick a departure and a destination, and the real flight time between the two airports becomes your study time: Frankfurt to London is 73 minutes. Prefer a fixed block? Choose 25, 45, 60 or 90 minutes on any route. A return flight doubles the time.
- Pick a departure and a destination, or a fixed 25, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
- Type your subject if you like. It stays on your device.
- Book the flight, pick a seat and board. The timer starts at takeoff.
- Captain and crew announce the stages. Flights of 45 minutes or more include a short onboard-service break.
- Pause (turbulence) stops the clock and moves the landing back.
On landing, your flight is stamped onto the public departures board, anonymous by callsign. Study Airlines runs in any current browser on computer, tablet and phone, and it is free.
